After a stint of back-to-back travel for work a couple weeks ago (with temperatures varying from 35° in Denver to 85° in Phoenix the following day) I'm back home in San Francisco and have had the wonderful opportunity to run through familiar city streets and scenic locations in between our recent rainstorms.
From an out-and-back to and from my office to the ballpark during the week; to running clear across the Golden Gate Bridge last weekend; to speed workouts at Kezar Stadium the past couple Wednesday nights, I also brought back the 80s for the Bay to Breakers 12k -- and they've all made for a few gorgeous runs through my town!
Fundraising update: To date, we have now reached a total of $1,280 this season, which is about 21% of our goal! Thank you to all who have taken the time to contribute and ask about my training. We are just getting started and I already feel so grateful for the experiences I've had this season.
